CSR Development Programmes with the Academy of Responsible Management

The Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and Academy of Responsible Management (ARM) have organised the MIM-ARM CSR Development Programmes for organisations embarking on their CSR initiatives and are looking towards implementing these initiatives in their organisations.
The programmes are also for organisations that are looking towards improving their CSR practices through acquiring the knowledge, skills and competencies to apply CSR principles and practices towards creating a healthy business environment for the sustainability of their businesses.
The MIM-ARM CSR Development Programmes offer the flexibility to cater to differing needs. Be it for persons new to CSR or for those already in practice, there is a right blend of training programmes available.

Depending on your needs, you can traverse the full path of the training towards a professional certification in CSR management or you have the option of attending Programme 1 and Programme 2 separately.

The Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) is the Professional National Management Organisation for the development and promotion of management leadership and excellence in Malaysia. Independent, non-political and not-for-profit, MIM was inaugurated as a voluntary society on 29 Jan 1966, and incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 28 Mar 1975. The Academy of Responsible Management Sdn Bhd (ARM) was established in 2009 to be a focal point for the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) education for companies and managers in Asia and the Middle East. ARM aims to provide world-class training, research and services to help companies develop sustainable business models that enhance performance through responsible management of their ethical, environmental and social impact.
The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is a German foundation, named after the first Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, and is guided by his principles. Therefore, it aims at supporting democracy and the rule of law, human rights, furthering cooperation between different nations and cultures, and promoting the German concept of social market economy.
