CSR Development Programmes with the Academy of Responsible Management

The Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and Academy of Responsible Management (ARM) have organised the MIM-ARM CSR Development Programmes for organisations embarking on their CSR initiatives and are looking towards implementing these initiatives in their organisations.

The programmes are also for organisations that are looking towards improving their CSR practices through acquiring the knowledge, skills and competencies to apply CSR principles and practices towards creating a healthy business environment for the sustainability of their businesses.

The MIM-ARM CSR Development Programmes offer the flexibility to cater to differing needs. Be it for persons new to CSR or for those already in practice, there is a right blend of training programmes available.

Programme Title Duration Who Should Attend
Programme 1 MIM-ARM Foundation Certificate in CSR 3 days An introductory programme for those who would like to learn about principles and practices of CSR.
Programme 2 CSR Reporting 2 days For those involved in reporting of CSR activities
Programme 3 MIM-ARM Certified Professional CSR Manager Programme (MIM-CPCSRM™) – conducted in 3 blocks over a 2-month period 10 days coursework + 7 days project work (non-contact days) + 1 day project presentation For those who are actively involved in CSR project implementation and management.

Depending on your needs, you can traverse the full path of the training towards a professional certification in CSR management or you have the option of attending Programme 1 and Programme 2 separately.
