The Malaysian-Norwegian Business Council (MNBC) has made a RM45,000 contribution to the charity organisation, Living Hope, in aid of building an education resource centre for Native Malaysian (Orang Asli) children in the state of Pahang.

The centre is set to benefit some 200 children in the Raub region. Living Hope founder, Dr Peggy C. Wong, was reported to have said that the money would be put towards construction of the building and the purchase of furniture, books and computers.

Through donations, Living Hope has assisted more than 17,000 children in Malaysia with education, food and school bags, books and stationery.
